When I made the choice to go with Millennium I was a nervous wreck. I mean after all I was running a multi-million dollar business just fine…right? Wrong!! I look back now and just laugh at myself. How could you have been so dumb to think you could take your business to the next level without it? Without the right software, I shudder to think where I would be today if I hadn’t taken that “Leap of Faith”. I often joke that Millennium can tell you what perfume your client wears- I discover new facets about my client base with reports every day. But the biggest advantage they have in my opinion is that they don’t love you and then leave you. Have you ever gone to a department store and bought something you later had to return? You know… they make you feel like you’re a Queen when you’re purchasing something and then a pauper when you come back with questions or needing a refund. Not with Millennium, I am so impressed with the technical support we receive from them. Friendly, knowledgeable people who have a desire to listen and fix your problem… Their voices always have smiles in them, just like you hope all your receptionists have to your guest! Their sense of urgency and attention to detail is unsurpassed. So let me ask you this? Have you ever lost your computer system when you had over 300 guests getting ready to arrive for the day? Well… I have, and there is nothing more sickening when you feel vulnerable to your computer. Millennium stopped, dropped and rolled for my company and did it with patience and kindness. So many hairdressers think since they have a big clientele they can go out and open a business and become a salon owner. Well… let me be the first to say, if you don’t have Millennium as your business partner your already going in the wrong direction. Thank you Millennium not only for the things you know you do, but for all the things you don’t know that you do for my company every day. It’s a decision I will never regret because I know you will always have my back!
