Need yoga! Check out these great tips for increasing your energy. Whether it is a healthy solution or not, everyone is always looking for ways to boost their energy. So I thought this could be a great article to share with you guys. I get my energy from caffeine, but my wife who is pregnant cannot. Women’s Health magazine wrote a recent article on yoga and how it helps increase energy. “Studies show that some yoga poses reduce fatigue and adjust the hormone cortisol—too little of which can zap your energy. This sequence engages your core and energizes your system from the inside out,” says Women’s Health yoga expert Tara Stiles. “The poses also require balance, which sharpens your focus, as well as lots of deep breaths, which increase your oxygen intake to help you feel more alert.”
This could be a great solution for women who are pregnant or for people who are looking for a healthy way to increase energy. Plus once you learn these poses you can do them in the convenience of your own home. My wife is looking into yoga classes now so i will give you an update and let you how she feels after a few sessions.
