Meevo's System Requirements*

Meevo is a cloud-based application, so no files are installed on your computer. Instead, you log into Meevo from a web page, just as you would on any other website with which you have an account. Before using Meevo, make sure your computers and devices meet or exceed the following requirements.

Note: It is our goal to provide you with the highest quality user experience possible. Running Meevo on a computer that does not meet the specifications below may result in inadequate performance. However, satisfactory performance may be experienced if running systems that use a different hardware configuration than what is published here (for example, less processing power but more RAM).

Internet Connection

  • Speed: Meevo requires a reliable, business-class internet connection. For faster-paced businesses, we recommend at least 100 MB download speed. This should be your download speed during peak network traffic times, which can be verified through an internet speed test.
  • Bandwidth: Your internet bandwidth should be appropriate to the number of devices connecting to your network, and your network must have wireless capability if you are using mobile devices.

Note: Speed and bandwidth requirements will vary based on a number of factors. MSI recommends that you test your network with Meevo to understand your speed and bandwidth needs.

Browsers1

  • Recommended Browser: Regardless of device, MSI always recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome. Meevo is developed using design specifications that were written by Google, so running Meevo on Google Chrome will result in the best user experience.
  • Supported Browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari

  1. Meevo will always support the two previous major versions of the listed browsers. If a particular browser causes visual discrepancies or other issues in Meevo, you may be instructed to roll back to a previous browser version or use a different browser until the issue has been resolved.

Operating Systems

Minimum

  • Windows: Windows 8.1 with all updates installed
  • macOS: macOS 10.15
  • iOS: iOS 14
  • Android: Android 9.0

Recommended

  • Windows: Windows 10 with all updates installed
  • macOS: Latest version of macOS with all updates installed
  • iOS: Latest version of iOS
  • Android: Latest version of Android

RAM

  • Minimum RAM: 8 GB. Depending on other applications running on your system, you may require additional RAM.
  • Recommended RAM: At least 16 GB RAM to ensure that your system can run Meevo and any other applications you may be running simultaneously.

Devices

  • iPhone and iPad: iPhone 6s or later, iPad Air 3 or later, and iPad Mini 5 or later.
  • Android: 64-bit CPU with at least 4x Arm cores (6x or more Arm cores recommended); Maximum Core speed of at least 1.5 GHz; 1.5 GB of RAM or higher.
