The full-day certification, held at the Millennium Corporate Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ, will train Front Desk Professionals on how to utilize Millennium Systems International’s cloud-based salon software Meevo 2 in combination with business growth strategies to proactively drive more profit. At the end of the program, certificate recipients will be better able to utilize advanced salon scheduling software techniques, maximize resources, understand important business key performance indicators, address customer complaints and disputes, and so much more.
