Privacy Policy of Millennium Systems International

1. What is a Privacy Policy?

When you subscribe to our services, Millennium Systems International ("Millennium Systems International", "We", or "Us") collects information from you to better serve your account. Our Privacy Policy specifies what we will and will not do with your information.

Millennium Systems International understands and respects that your individual privacy is important to you. We value the confidence of our users. We collect, use and share your personal information only in ways that we tell you about, in a manner consistent with high ethical business standards and in accordance with applicable law. We secure personal information you provide online to prevent it from being used and shared for purposes other than to service your account. If you have questions or comments about Our Policy, or you wish to correct, change, or delete any personal information you have provided to us, please contact us at our corporate headquarters, at the address set forth below.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of Millennium Systems International's agreements with our users, including licenses, subscription agreements, and terms of use. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein are ascribed the meaning assigned to such terms in the applicable foregoing documents.

2. What types of information does Millennium Systems International collect and why?

We collect personal information pertinent to your business profile. Personal information is data that uniquely identifies an individual, and could include your name, address, taxpayer identification number, and date of birth. When you create an account with Millennium Systems International, create a User ID, purchase our products, use our services, license our software, or download our software updates, or, at other times during the course of our business relationship when we engage in business transactions with you, we may collect a variety of personal information from you, including your phone number, email address, contact preferences, and credit card information. If you issue gift certificates via Millennium Systems International or any of our products, Millennium Systems International may collect your customers' information that you provide, such as names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. Millennium Systems International's websites, products, applications, and services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Information about you or your customers that is collected by such third party websites is not governed by Millennium Systems International's Privacy Policy, but by such third parties' respective privacy policies.

3. How Millennium Systems International Uses Your Personal Information.

Millennium Systems International does not sell your personal information. We gather it primarily to complete transactions between you and Millennium Systems International, or to make you aware of our products, services, and upcoming events. We may also use it to help us improve our services to you. From time to time, we may use your personal information to send you important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies, and to offer products and services to you as permitted by law. If you enter into a promotional or other similar type program with Millennium Systems International, we may use the information you provide to administer those programs. You may opt-out of these marketing initiatives at any time. We will not send your specific data such as name and email address to any non-affiliate outside party.

When you use Millennium Systems International's Service, our servers automatically record certain information in server logs. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, mobile carrier, and other such information. Log files help us to monitor, analyze, improve and maintain the Service and to diagnose and fix any Service-related issues.

The security of your information is important to Us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) as part of our service, we encrypt the transmission of that information using industry-standard encryption. Millennium Systems International safeguards and preserves the integrity and security of your information. We back up your data regularly, to help prevent loss, implement firewalls, and insure restrictions on our servers to secure our network and better protect your information.

No security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your data. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Service.

We may transfer information that we collect about you, including personally identifiable information, to affiliated entities, or to other third parties (as provided herein) across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. and the use and disclosure of information about you, including personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Non-Personal Information and Millennium Systems International's Use of Non-Personal Information.

Non-personal (or "anonymous") information is data that is not associated or identified with any individual, including occupation, language, zip code, area code and location. We will use non-personal information, primarily, to better understand our users' preferences and predilections, and in our efforts to assess performance, and improve our products and services, via benchmarking and other anonymous data mining strategies. We may also gather and evaluate non-personal information regarding users' activities, and from our other products and services to help us provide more useful information to our users, and to better understand which parts of our products and services are of most interest to our users. We treat non-personal information combined with personal information as personal information. All information we collect whether personal or non-personal is sometimes hereafter referred to as "Collected Information".

5. Third Party Service Providers.

Millennium Systems International may use certain third parties to assist us with billing, web-hosting, marketing, automation, last minute openings, text messaging, collecting user feedback, and managing our services and content. We use live chat software to assist you with technical support. When you sign up for our services, we will share your Collected Information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service. Millennium Systems International is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties. Millennium Systems International utilizes a third party credit card processing company to collect payment information including your credit card number, billing address and phone number. We will share this payment information with the credit card processor to process payments for your service. Millennium Systems International will not and does not store your payment information.

6. Cookies and Other Technologies.

Millennium Systems International may use "cookies" and other similar technologies to help us better understand our users' behavior, tell us which parts of our website people have visited, facilitate and measure the effectiveness of our services, and to help us remember personal information when you use our website, online services, and other applications. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers stored on your computer through your web browser and are used by most websites to help personalize your web experience. Some cookies may facilitate additional site features for enhanced performance and functionality such as remembering preferences, allowing social interactions, analyzing usage for site optimization, providing custom content, allowing third parties to provide social sharing tools, and serving images or videos from third party websites. Some features on our site will not function if you do not allow cookies. We may link the information we store in cookies to any Collected Information you submit while using our site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies enable us to track and target the interest of our users to enhance the experience on our site. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser's "help" file.

We also use cookies and other technologies to make your experience with Millennium Systems International more convenient and personal. Knowing you have used a particular service, helps us make our communications to you more relevant to your specific business goals. We can provide you with better service when we know your contact information, product identification information, and information about your computer or device.

"Internet Protocol", or "IP" is the method by which data is sent from one computer to another via the internet. Each computer (referred to as a "host") has at least one "IP Address" that uniquely identifies it from all of the other computers on the internet. We treat non-personal information collected by cookies and such other technologies as non-personal information, unless it is considered personal information by Internet Protocol or applicable law, in which case we treat these identifiers as personal information.

Millennium Systems International uses "Web Beacons" alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information. Web Beacons are tiny graphic objects that are embedded in a web page or email, usually invisible to the user, that check that a user has viewed the page or email. Web Beacons may be used to track email open rates, web page visits or form submissions. In some cases, we tie the information gathered by Web Beacons to our users' Collected Information.

Most websites, including Millennium Systems International's websites, automatically gather some information and store it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type and language, Internet Service Provider (ISP) referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the site, to learn about our users' behavior on the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

A "Uniform Resource Locator" (or URL) is another name for a web address. URLs are made of letters, numbers and other symbols in a standard form. By clicking a pre-prepared link, or typing a URL into a web browser on your computer, you cause the computer to fetch and show a specific resource (usually a specific web page) from another computer on the internet. Sometimes, we use a "click-through URL" linked to content on an Millennium Systems International website. When you click one of these URLs, you pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on our website. We track this "click-through" data to help us determine users' interest in particular topics, and to measure the effectiveness of our communications to our users. If you prefer not to be tracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the email messages. Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format our users can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to our users.

This is Millennium Systems International's Privacy Policy, and does not cover the use of cookies and web beacons by any third party tracking utility company or service provider, because we do not have control over these cookies.

7. Necessary Disclosure to Third Parties.

Although we do not sell your personal information, it may be necessary for Millennium Systems International to disclose your personal information by reason of law, legal process, litigation, or requests from public and governmental authorities, or, if we reasonably determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our agreements and conditions, or to protect our operations or other users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale of Millennium Systems International, we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

8. Protection and Retention of Personal Information.

Millennium Systems International takes administrative, technical, and physical measures and precautions to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Millennium Systems International will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of your business relationship with Millennium Systems International, or as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is necessary to enable us to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, or, is required or permitted by law.

9. Mobile Devices.

When you access the Service using a mobile device, Millennium Systems International collects specific device information contained in your mobile device's "device identifier". This device identifier includes information such as the type of device you are using, its operating system, and mobile network information, which may include your mobile phone number. We may associate this device identifier with your Service account and will use data associated with your device identifier to customize our Services to your device and to analyze any device-related issues.

10. Location-Based Services.

To provide location-based services for Millennium Systems International products, Millennium Systems International may collect, use, and share your precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer or device. This location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by Millennium Systems International primarily to provide and improve our location-based products and services.

11. Links to Other Web Sites.

Millennium Systems International's websites may include links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Millennium Systems International. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by the privacy policy governing that particular site. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any website you visit.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy.

Millennium Systems International may update this Policy from time to time, and reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove portions of this Policy in its discretion. If we change the Policy, we will post those changes on our sites. If the changes we make are material, we may also post a note on our home page, or, in some cases, notify you by e mail. If you are interested in these changes, you should review the Policy from time to time. This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 1, 2014.
